We are not affiliated with faxlyapp.com and have no access to that service’s accounts, charges, or subscriptions — we cannot refund or cancel them. If you were billed by faxlyapp.com, contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge.
Your first page is free — to any country. After that, 5 domestic pages are $2.99, and international page packs (Extended $6.99 / Premium $12.99 for 10 pages) cover pricier destinations. All never expire. Faxly Plus ($4.99/mo) adds your own inbound fax number.
No. Pages you buy never expire. Sign in with Apple so your balance survives a reinstall or new phone.
On your device, encrypted. We don't keep your fax content on our servers after it's sent or downloaded.
If the receiving line was busy or didn't answer, the fax is marked failed and your pages are refunded. You can resend from the fax's detail screen.
Our standard plans are not for patient health information. A HIPAA "Clinics" plan with a signed BAA is coming for healthcare providers.
